So long as the returned merchandise is in it's original new condition, it has not been used and is in its original packaging, we will refund 100% of your purchase price.

Our returns policy
Please contact Matkee.com using the email: info@matkee.com to request a return. You must inform us of a return within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. Please use the original packing materials. Retain your receipt and enclose it with the item you are returning. Please make sure that the return address is the only address showing on your package and send via a tracked carrier such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, UPS, DHL etc,. We will not be held responsible for goods lost in the post when being returned where you have used a non tracked carrier. Remember to retain the tracking number or Post Office receipt until you receive a credit, a refund, or replacement.
